History: Space Queen Malicia of the Glacier Empire, is millions of years old. Time she used for galactic conquest. After crashing on Earth 3,000 years ago, she woke up after a long hibernation in New Gateway City in 2025, and immediately took offense to the vermin species infesting the planet. She usually appeared as a human with reptilian features, but but shapeshifts into a giant, armor-wearing harpy form to do battle. She attacked civilization with the help of her lieutenant Jazebelle Hex-Eyes, and her minions the Combatmen. After being defected for the very first time by the freshmen superhero Blue Spider, she summon more of her acolytes to take revenge.

Powers & Weapons: Able to transform into giant flying lizard. Armed with an Energy-whip, she has the power, or technology, to cause earthquakes. She has the power of teleportation, and is immortal.
